Our Tri Chassis Skeleton Semi Trailer can transport 20ft container and 40ft container from the port to island, we design 12pcs container locks on trailer chassis. When you transport one 20ft container only, you can put it on middle of trailer use 4pcs twist locks; when you transport two 20ft containers together, you can put them on front and rear of trailer use 8pcs twist locks; when you transport one 40ft container, you can put it on trailer use 4pcs twist locks.We have the obvious advantage on the 40ft container skeletal semi trailer's welding and painting process. The skeleton trailer is a kind of container carrier semi trailer frame. The frame type vehicle is welded by the longitudinal beam, beam and front and back end beam. The longitudinal beam is made of steel plate 16MN submerged arc welding into I-shape, the beam is made of steel plate stamping into groove, and the front and rear end beam is welded rectangular section. An integral long beam is arranged in the middle part of the container locking device to improve the bearing capacity of the container locking device.
