(1) Do not pour gasoline into the carburetor opening while the engine is running or when the car is rocking.
Filling the carburetor with gasoline to increase the concentration of the mixture in the cylinder will help start the carburetor in the event of a failure to enter the cylinder, but it will not help other causes of failure, and it may cause backfire, burn people and burn down vehicles.
(2) When maintaining gasoline filter, it is not recommended to burn gasoline filter core.
Many people in the maintenance of gasoline filters, like to use gasoline burning ceramic filter element method to remove impurities on the filter element.
The hazard of doing so is that it is easy to catch fire and has an impact on the life of the filter element.
(3) In the oil depot, do not use short circuit to draw fire to check the battery storage situation.
Because in a small oil depot with poor ventilation, tires, batteries, tarpings and other equipment are often placed. There is spilled gasoline on the ground, which is likely to ignite the oil molecules in the air due to the sparks generated during the scratch.
(4) The hauling chain of the oil tanker shall not be entangled in the girder.
Oils, like other substances, produce static electricity when they rub against another object.
This static electricity jumps the fire, which can ignite the fuel and start a fire.
Therefore, grounding wire should be installed on the oil depot, and a grounding iron chain should be installed on the oil tanker to prevent the generation of electrostatic sparks in the tank. The iron chain should not be randomly wrapped around the girder frame, but must be placed on the ground and towed to no less than 50 cm.
