Our container chassis semi trailer is welded by longitudinal, transverse and front and rear tracks.The longitudinal beam is welded in I shape by submerged arc welding steel plate(main dimensions 450 and 500).The cross beam is punched into a groove by steel plate, and the front and rear beams are welded rectangular sections. To improve the load-bearing capacity of the container lock, an integrated beam is placed in the middle of the container lock.

When loading containers, the interlocking device of the intermediate container can be lowered to the bottom of the platform as required. When the towing device is separated from the trailer, its function is to support the ground and carry the load of the front half of the trailer. The support device is mainly composed of support plate, screw transfer mechanism, reducer shell and control handle. There are three types of suspension devices: single-axle suspension, double-axle suspension, two sets of spare tire supports and three types of suspension. The semi-trailer is equipped with two groups of spare tire mounts, each installed on the left and right side of the frame and equipped with spare tires.
