6.What’s the Principle of Loading an LPG Tank Trailer?
The loading process of LPG storage tank trailer is a transfer process between LPG storage tank and LPG transport truck.The process involves unloading the tanks using slide-vane pumps while refueling on a transport truck.Here’s a detailed process of how this happens:
1.Before starting the process, the pressure between the two tanks is equalized to facilitate the transfer of the liquefied gas.
2.Then start the slide vane pump to work and pull out the LPG from the bottom of the storage tank through the conveying pipe, conveying gas through the bottom of the conveying tank
3.When a transport tank is filled with liquefied gas, the accumulated steam is passively transferred from the transport tank top to the storage tank top.
This ensures that the pressure is balanced during transmission.
