1.Bulk Cement Truck Frame and traction pin:

The frame is a space frame type low-alloy steel welded structure. The frame is welded by two T-shaped longitudinal beams and cross beams to support the load. The front part of the frame has a traction pin and a traction pin plate connected with the tractor, and the specification is 90. The traction pin is assembled for easy replacement. The front beam of the frame is equipped with an air brake connector and a wire connection socket. The front and rear and sides of the frame are equipped with lighting or signaling devices.

2.Bulk Cement Truck Suspension system:

The rear lower part of the longitudinal beam is welded with a suspension device support, and the front lower part has a support device support. The suspension system is a three-axle leaf spring suspension, which is used to support the load and absorb the driving vibration. The leaf spring suspension system is fastened to the axle body with U-bolts.

The parking brake is controlled by an accumulating spring braking system, and the wheel brakes double as parking brakes. Use this device when parking or standing on a slope.

The semi-trailer adopts a double-pipe pneumatic braking system and is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS). The service braking system is mainly composed of air joints, charging pipelines, operating pipelines, emergency relay valves, air storage tanks, brake air chambers and wheel brakes.

The air joint of the charging pipeline is connected with the air storage tank of the tractor, and the gas joint of the operation pipeline is connected with the brake valve of the tractor. When the semi-trailer is braked, each brake air chamber acts simultaneously.

When the driver steps on the brake pedal, each brake chamber of the semi-trailer acts to achieve normal foot braking. When the inflation pipe leaks or bursts, or the tractor is suddenly disconnected from the semi-trailer while driving, causing the pipeline to open, the semi-trailer can brake automatically. When the train stops and the tractor is separated from the semi-trailer, the semi-trailer can brake by itself. If the parking time is short, it is not necessary to use the parking brake.

1.Do not run at overspeed or overpressure when driving a bulk cement truck. Overspeed and overpressure will seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine is shown in the main technical parameter table, and the working pressure is 0.2MPa.

2.Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly, but increase or decelerate slowly, otherwise, the punching force will damage the air compressor.

3.Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the machine will be seriously damaged if the oil pump does not supply oil.

4.Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, the powder material may flow back into the cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.

5.Check the oil mark before starting the machine. The oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil mark; it is necessary to check whether the oil pump is supplying oil frequently.

6.Change the lubricating oil on schedule. After the new machine is used for 30 hours, drain the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. Change the oil once a year as above.

7.Check and clean the oil filter. Under normal circumstances, it should be checked and cleaned once a quarter. If the machine usage rate is high, it should be checked and cleaned once a month.

8.The lubricating oil used in this machine is CD40 diesel oil. It is forbidden to mix different grades of lubricating oil, otherwise the deterioration of lubricating oil will affect the lubricating effect.

9.Maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours of work. While rotating the filter element, blow it from the inside to the outside with compressed air with a pressure less than 0.6MPa. After five maintenances, replace the filter element with a new one. Do not clean the filter element with oil or water.
