About FUDENG 3 axle oil tanker semi trailer
FUDENG oil tanker semi trailer is mainly used for the transportation of large oil materials, and the tonnage is generally about 40 to 60 cubic meters.
There are usually 2 axle oil tanker semi trailer and 3 axle oil tanker semi trailer. The material of the square tank body of the oil tanker semi trailer is made of Q235A steel plate. The tank body has built-in multi-channel reinforced wave-proof clapboards.
The combined tank mouth is located on the top of the tank body, there is a self-locking small cover above the large cover, and a breathing valve is installed on the upper side of the large cover to ensure the same atmospheric pressure inside and outside the tank; with electrostatic grounding wire.

Oil tanker semi trailer failure and maintenance method
The oil tanker semi trailer is divided into two parts, the oil tank body and the skeleton or bracket that supports the tank body.
1.Braking failure, slow braking
Reason: The gap between the brake shoe friction plate and the brake drum is too large, adjust the gap
Excessive wear of the brake shoe pads, replace the brake pads
The air chamber is damaged, replace the air chamber
Air leakage in the air brake system reduces the pressure, check the air leakage, repair or replace the parts
The emergency relay valve is not working well, replace it
2.The brake cannot be released, and the brake is released slowly
Reason: The system pressure is too low, increase the air brake system pressure to the specified value
The brake return spring is damaged, replace the spring
Pipe blockage, check and clear
The emergency relay valve or quick release valve is not working well, check and replace
Brake chamber push rod stroke is wrong, readjust
3.Tire swing
Reason: loose wheel nut, tighten
The axle bearing is sintered and damaged, replace the bearing
Axle bent, corrected, replaced
If the axle bearing clearance is too large, tighten the bearing lock nut correctly, replace the bearing lubricating grease on time, and replace the axle bearing; if the tire is too eccentrically worn, the perpendicularity of the axle axis and the center line of the frame exceeds the standard seriously, adjust the distance between the two ends of the axle and the traction pin as consistent as possible
4.The shaking resistance of the handle is too large
Reason: poor lubrication, add lubricating grease
Bearing damage, replace the bearing
Gear eccentricity or serious wear, disassemble and check for replacement parts
The screw thread is damaged, replace the screw
