Precautions for using oil tank semi-trailer
(1) When the engine of the aluminum tank trailer is running, it is not allowed to pour gasoline into the carburetor port. Although this is conducive to starting in case of failure of oil not entering the cylinder, it is of no help to the failure caused by other reasons, and it may also cause backfire, burn personnel and burn vehicles.
(2) When maintaining the gasoline filter, it is not recommended to burn the filter core with gasoline. The harm of this is that it is easy to catch fire and has an impact on the service life of the filter element.
(3) In the oil depot, it is not allowed to check the storage condition of the battery by means of short circuit and fire. The spark generated during the fire is likely to ignite oil molecules in the air.
(4) The towing iron chain of the oil tank truck shall not be wound on the girder. Oil, like other substances, generates static electricity when it rubs against another object. This electrostatic spark may ignite the fuel and cause a fire. Therefore, a grounding wire shall be installed on the oil depot, and a grounding iron chain shall also be installed on the oil tank truck to prevent electrostatic sparks in the oil tank. This iron chain shall not be wound on the girder frame, but must be placed on the ground, and the towing section shall not be less than 50cm.
(5) It is forbidden to add fuel under the high-voltage wire.
(6) It is not allowed to often use the fire hoisting method. It is only a temporary remedy. The correct treatment should be to clean and maintain the spark plug in time, and try to avoid using the “hanging fire” method.
(7) It is not allowed to leak in the automobile oil circuit system. If there is leakage in the oil circuit of the chassis, and the ignition is delayed and the mixture is lean, the slow combustion will make the exhaust pipe ignite and the temperature of the vehicle body rise, which is more than ten times the ignition point of gasoline vapor (the ignition point of gasoline vapor is 28 ℃). Ignite the leaked oil, which is very easy to cause fire, resulting in the scrapping of the car body. If the carburetor leaks on the cylinder head, the leakage of high-voltage spark of spark plug may also cause fire.
